If you ever start feeling confident about your MCAT abilities, do some Section Bank questions to put yourself back in your place. I took the online class at TPR, and wouldn't recommend it unless you feel you absolutely need the class structure to follow a study schedule. NS were the closest to the real deal- buy it. Moreover, everyone's decks had 10,000+ cards, with a different card for every single term they had ever read. It seemed like everyone used Anki to study, but this kid wasn't about that spaced repetition shit. Most importantly, he searched for the fabled study guides and flashcards that these legends had created, so that he could do as minimal work as possible to get a 520+. Under the cover of night, he eagerly read (skimmed) through hundreds of pages of review books and scoured r/MCAT and SDN for sage advice from heroes and heroines that had accomplished this incredible feat before.
